Thank you for purchasing from Kelley Outfitters, at this time we do not accept returns or cancellations or orders. Please contact us at ksboutft@indiana.edu if you have any issues.
Exchanges:
In order to be eligible for an exchange, please email ksboutft@indiana.edu. To return a product it must be postmarked within two weeks of receiving the item. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, your exchange will be processed for replacement. Please contact our team at ksboutft@indiana.edu for additional questions.
In-Store Pick up:
Pick up will be located at Hodge Hall 1127 , in the Facility Operations Office. You can pick up your order 8am-11:30 and 12:30-4pm Monday – Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for store pickup. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Please pick up your order within one week of confirmation.
If pickup orders are not retrieved within 60 days orders will be returned to inventory with no refund. If orders need to be shipped please contact us at ksboutft@indiana.edu.
Shipping
- Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using UPS Ground.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at ksboutft@indiana.edu. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that was provided.
- Once order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- Only shipping to the continental United States currently.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
